Job Description

An opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Administrator in Durban.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receipt of documents from the stores and checking /verifying of the various reports
  • Checking actual receipt of goods against stock that has been captured on Gaap
  • Check receipt of banking to FNB bank statements
  • Check / verify stock variances
  • Check / verify stock transfers
  • Check Petty cash payments and summarize into a spreadsheet, includes allocation to correct accounts and checking VAT
  • Reconcile petty cash payments to spreadsheets sent by the sites
  • Handle queries from the different sites


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant Finance Qualification
  • 5 years’ experience within the Finance sector
  • Microsoft office
  • Pastel Evolution is essential
  • Must have worked with GAAP
  • Experience within the gaming industry would be an advantage
