Job Description

A Food Manufacturing Company in Verulam is looking an energetic and experienced FMCG Customer Service Agent to fill a position for 3 months.


Job Requirements:

• Interacting and communicating with customers by phone, email and social media in order to effectively deal
  with product and service-related enquiries, concerns and requests.
• Manage the consumer care line and provide professional support to consumers
• Collecting products that need to be investigated by the technical teams
• Log all complaints for all RFG-manufactured products on the Customer Response Management System
   (CRM) and ensure complaints are sent to relevant departments for investigation
• Send timeous feedback and vouchers to consumers and CAR’s to Business to Business customers.
• Manage float levels of mobile vouchers
• Manage all info emails for the Group and disseminate emails to relevant parties
• Providing general Administration support.


Experience and Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Public Relations or Marketing
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• Customer focused
• Friendly and professional demeanour especially for telephonic communication
• Computer literate and have knowledge of digital communication,
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong planning / organizational skills and attentive to detail
